BENDING SIT DOWN POSITION–LEGS, ARMS, HIPS STRETCH
This yoga posture is done in a sitting down position, with legs outstretched. Notice the pulse of the body. Move from that place. Take a breath in, and as you exhale, extend the right hand onto the left toe, holding it as seen in the diagram. After that, again inhale, and exhale as you bring the left side of the head down to touch the left knee. Your body changes with each exhale. Repeat this with the other side.
Now bring the arms straight up with the inhale, and then bring the arms down to the floor directly in front of you while bending at the waist as you exhale as seen in the diagram. As you exhale, let your body change.

Stretch the legs out in front and to the side as seen in the diagram. Now slowly rock from side to side, massaging the sciatica. The balance is in the belly. As you feel yourself beginning to fall back, tighten the belly and round the back. Come back into balance as you straighten the spine. Breathe into the posture, as you let your body change.

Wake up! That was boring. I admit. Let's start again; we are here to lose weight. We have already understood some of the factors that lead to weight gain. Water covers 71% of Earth and without it, no living things can…well, live.

Water has MANY health benefits and yes, one of them is weight loss. I am sure you know that. But knowing something does not necessarily mean you'll apply it. I will write in detail so that you can easily see how much water aids to weight loss.

The Lipozene diet pill is manufactured by Obesity Research Institute. You may have heard of them - they previously marketed similar products under the names Fiberslim and Propolene.

The central ingredient in Lipozene, is a substance called glucomannan. And this is the same substance that was used in Obesity Research Institute's prior diet products. So first, you need to take a good look at what exactly is glucomannan.

Without getting too technical, (I don't want to put you to sleep with a bunch of terminology from my Chemistry lab manuals!), glucomannan is basically a fiber supplement, derived from a plant. It is a substance that your body cannot absorb, so it just passes through your system, while providing fiber to help move everything else through. (Trying hard, not to get disgusting here!)

This means that we have no way of knowing whether they would have succeeded equally, merely by using a diet plan and exercise alone.

None of the problems above, however, addresses the most serious concern with Lipozene: Consumer Fraud.

The company that makes the product (Obesity Research Institute), has been cited numerous times for billing customers under false pretenses, and for refusing to provide refunds under conditions where a refund was promised. Furthermore, the Federal Trade Commission has charged the company with making "false and unsubstantiated claims" in the past. As a result, the company has been forced to pay $1.5 million in "customer redress"!

So as we can see, rather than living up to its promises of "easy weight loss", Lipozene comes with a list of concerns, and even questionable results. Plus, it is sold by a company with a history of criminal actions! Fortunately for you, there are other alternatives to Lipozene, which WILL help you to lose weight quickly.
